Pre-Cured

We use a unique curing method on the islands where they spray the rock down as soon as it’s harvested from the ocean on the beach of origin.  The rock is sprayed to rid the rock of unwanted mantis shrimps, crabs and the majority of sponge material which dies as soon as it hits the air.  The rock comes to us in excellent condition, smells fresh like the ocean and looks great, just as it was collected.  The rock is then transported to us via airlines to Los Angeles LAX and Atlanta, GA terminals, and then tran shipped immediately from us to you!  That’s how fast you receive it!

What makes our rock the best?
What makes our rock unique is that most all other collectors on the islands ship via sea vessel which takes a long time to get to the United States in order to save on shipping costs but compromises life, color and quality. We use the only company transport system known to ship via Air Cargo. Yes, this costs us extra but is well worth it. If you are local, we welcome you to come to our facilities in person to see for yourself each Wednesday when it arrives. With Premium or better quality rock flown in direct, you may find live animals and more, thriving throughout our boxes as we pull the cases of rock right off our cargo trucks. In addition, Rock doesn't sit in our warehouse. We do purchase in mass volume (35-70 tons per week!!!) but our rock has become so popular that it sells completely out of stock, typically in less than a day. Any rock left over is carefully placed in our curing vats full of Nitromax and high levels of bacteria and enzymes mixed with very high levels of oxygen and trace elements ensuring the cleanest and best cured rock possible! Even the saltwater we keep our rock in is "Real Ocean Water" and not dry salt and tap water as these will contain trace amounts of copper and other unwanted and deadly toxins. With our main facilities in Southern California along the coast long, this is an advantage few can take advantage of. We always suggest recurring, especially if our rock is shipped!

Our Grading System
With a combination of the only company to use Air Cargo to ship from Fiji as well as setting our standards very high, our Grading system can beat the quality and standards set by any other company in the country! When you compare our grades against others, make sure you see the actual quality you are receiving from others for the same grade! Below is what we consider the quality for each grade!

Grade	Example	Description
Base		Bacteria, Enzymes and natural microscopic organisims that enhabits little or no coraline algae (color).  Base rock is used to save money and used at the bottom of the tank because when you put better quality rock over it and it's canopied from lighting, it will loose all it's coraline algae (color) anyway.
Premium Select		Very Nice, Color exists, and you never know what type of critters if any you may get on or in your rock.
Super Premium		About twice the typical Color that often enhabits Premium Rock.
Ultra Premium		The most colorful we can find in that particular weeks shipment but cherry picked and set aside for very nice color, shapes and life (may find living animals or plants on this rock).  This is the very best rock you can purchase!

Local Pickup Available!
We offer local pickup with any of our ($3.75/lb Ultra Premium) Auctions.  If you are interested in picking up your order, upon checkout, please request an invoice (state that you want local) so that we can remove the shipping charge.  We also will adjust payment if the purchase is not made through our Ultra Premium Auction. We do require payment before pickup. Once paid, we send your invoice to the warehouse so they can hold your order.

Air Cargo available!

SAVE $$$ and Delivery Time!!! Air Cargo is far more affordable than typical UPS deliver, will arrive in hours and not days in most cases and doesn't have to run through several shipping docks as most UPS shipping requires insuring the best way to ship.  Best of all, we ship this method at cost by COD and a nominal handling fee ($20 per 50lbs) just to cover the extra work, packaging, documentation and delivery from our facility to our nearest International Airport at no additional inflated charge, making this the best shipping available. If interested in Air Cargo, please request an invoice upon checkout as well as provide the Airport's

Shipping and Handling
We receive regular shipments from the Fiji Islands. We really do only ship the freshest rock. Once we get the rock, we ship immediately. We generally get shipments of live rock large enough to ship you your live rock within a week of your order. On rare occasions our live rock get held up in customs, and we have to wait for our next shipment before shipping, and in that rare case it may take up to 2 weeks. However in most cases the live rock is shipped within a week of being purchased! We do this to ensure that you will only get the freshest rock possible. It is our goal as a worldwide distributor to offer only the best to our customers! 

As with any livestock, you should always choose the quickest form of shipping method you can afford in order to receive your animal(s) or livestock in the best condition possible. We pay to insure our customers products but in some circumstances depending upon shipper such as UPS, the item may only be covered for damage, loss or theft but not death or loss of quality including such items as fish, live rock, live sand, and most all other livestock because the customer chooses the slowest form of shipping. Such shipping like parcel post may be fine for local customers but not for someone of considerable distance. You, the customer has the ultimate choice though. For further details and more information with UPS, you may visit their website direct at http://www.UPS.com. We have nothing to gain by suggesting a more expensive shipping method. We do not warranty any livestock shipped slower than next day more than $100 for the product and must be approved for replacement first by UPS. Requests for cash reimbursement which apply to product only (S&H is non-refundable) will be charged a 30% restocking fee if approved first by us. Reshipping of items will cost additional. Please read our "Terms of Sale"if you have any questions.. We would just like to see all our customers receive their product in the fastest possible time and in the best possible condition! Note:  All livestock is always recommended to be overnighted by UPS or AirCargo and is the only way we will guarantee your shipping but if you wish too ship slower, the following information not recommended by us but typical of our customers who just understand more recurring or live rock would be necessary and accept it, typically ship the following ways.  This is only for Live Sand or Rock!  Fish or any other type of livestock, frozen foods, etc "Must" be overnighted.  Further, keep in mind if shipping slower than our recommended overnight shipping, that the heat packs above are only active for 2 days so this would be the slowest method you should choose if it's very cold in your area.

  How to calculate the shipping rate?
  The UPS Shipping Calculator is added to this eBay purchase to the bottom right of this page! Simply enter your zip code and the quantity of rock that you want for a fast quote for shipping cost. Since we ship in boxes up to 50 lbs, anything over 50 lbs needs to be calculated in 2 steps. Use the calculator to see the amount for the first 50lbs. Then for overage, recalculate, and add that amount to the first 50. (example: 80 lbs 1st 50 = $49, 2nd 30lbs = 37, Total shipping, $86) Please note: Upon checkout, If you are purchasing more than 50 lbs, please request an updated invoice before paying. If a different amount is paid than what is required, we will send an additional invoice for the difference
